‘Funny, straight-talking and never knowingly not honest. Robbie’s thirst for knowledge and improvement is contagious. This book feels like sitting down for coffee with him and tapping straight into his mind for practical, sensible advice which everyone can use on their running journey.’ – Sophie Grant, GB International Trail Runner and UK Skyrunning Champion
‘I’ve known Robbie as a competitor, teammate, coach and friend. His tenacious attitude and dedication to improvement, in himself and others, shines through in all of these guises and even more so through the pages of this book.’ – Dan Lawson, LeJOG record holder and former European 24-hour Running Champion
‘I loved how Robbie combined his unique sense of humour with some really useful information in this book. It’s great because it will stimulate you to think about running-related things you probably never had before, allowing you to go on and look into a particular area in more detail in your own time. Categorising everything means it’s the type of book you can quickly refer to and come back to time and time again.’ – Paul Tierney, Irish international and former Wainwrights record holder
